HELP & SUPPORT

KING DEVICE CHECK Help

Troubleshooting guides and support for device diagnostics.

Device Not Detected
1. Check the USB cable is properly connected.
2. Try a different USB port (preferably USB 3.0).
3. For Android: enable USB debugging in Developer Options.
4. For iPhone: tap "Trust This Computer" when prompted.
5. Restart KING DEVICE CENTER.
Authorization Problem
1. For Android devices, you must authorize the computer on the device screen.
2. For iPhone, tap "Trust" when the trust dialog appears.
3. If the device is passcode-locked, unlock it first.
4. Make sure the device is powered on.
Battery Information Unavailable
Some devices do not expose battery health through their API.

If battery information is not available, the system will display "NOT AVAILABLE" — this is expected behavior, not an error.

For iPhone, battery health is available through the native app when the device is connected.
IMEI Unavailable
1. Make sure the device has a SIM card or eSIM active.
2. For iPad Wi-Fi only models, IMEI is not available (use serial number).
3. For Android, dial *#06# to verify the IMEI exists.
4. If the device is in DFU/recovery mode, IMEI may not be readable.
Test Failed
1. Check if the specific test is supported for your device model.
2. Some tests require manual technician interaction.
3. Use RETRY to attempt the test again.
4. Use MANUAL TEST if automated testing is not possible.
5. Contact support if the test consistently fails.
Station Offline
1. Check your internet connection.
2. Restart KING DEVICE CENTER.
3. Verify the station is still registered in the admin portal.
4. Check if the software version is still supported.
5. Contact your administrator if the station has been revoked.
