Do I get paid for recycling?
If your device has resale value, we'll recommend our buyback program instead. Recycling is for devices with little or no resale value.
What about my personal data?
You are responsible for removing your personal information before submitting your device. We recommend backing up and factory resetting your device first.
Can I mail in my device?
Yes! You can request a shipping label and mail your device to us. Drop-off at our store is also available.
What happens to my device after recycling?
We inspect each device and determine the best disposition — recycling, refurbishing, parts, resale, or donation depending on condition.
My battery is swollen — can I still recycle?
Yes, but please do not ship or transport a device with a swollen battery through ordinary mail. Contact us first for safe handling instructions.
